I love the instructors at Blue Lotus. I have been going on my own and with my 16 year old daughter. We both absolutely love it and I'm so grateful to be able to do this activity with her.

There are a multitude of services and workshops available that shift with the seasons to provide variety and tailored support. All of the providers are knowledgeable, professional and kind. Their five element acupuncture treatments are incredible! Kirsten is a very gifted practitioner. Also, Rachel‘s spy yoga classes on Sundays are a great way to end/start the week.
