I was looking to replace my heat pump and invited 5 well-rated local companies to offer a recommendation and estimate for a replacement. Each made a positive impression on an initial visit but Spectrum Heating & Cooling immediately emerged as the clear choice. Their owner, Joe, was the only one to initially consider repairing the old system instead of try to sell me a new one. He was the only one to provide an estimate on a timely basis without numerous email reminders.
