Joe, owner of Spectrum Heating & Cooling, was a wish come true. Moderately priced, professional and friendly, punctual, and kind, we are so pleased with our Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump. I wouldn't hesitate to ask him back!!

Joe / Spectrum Heating & Cooling are a SOLID Choice for your Heating and Cooling Needs. I spoke to Joe initially almost two years ago for an unrelated issue but saved Spectrum in my phone for when the inevitable happened and something broke. Recently my very old oil tank started to leak and I called a few places to get quotes but Joe was my first call and Joe took the time to come and check the tank to make sure it actually needed replacement and to collect the info he needed to provide an accurate quote. Spectrum provided me with good options and competitive prices and I decided to go with Spectrum. I found Joe / Spectrum really stood out from the others with the responsiveness, accuracy and honesty and it was an easy choice for me to go with Spectrum. Joe showed up when he said he would, both for the quote and for the installation. He made sure his team kept the house clean and when they finished installing the tank there was no mess for me to deal with, everything looked great. I wanted to write this because it seems to be getting more and more difficult to find people and companies that do honest, reliable work at a competitive price and Joe & Spectrum is one of those places so I highly recommend you give them a shot!

Joe was very helpful and responsive. Was able to replace our condenser and air handler in under a week. So helpful during a heat wave in July. Easy to reach and prompt. Highly recommend him.
