“Blue lotus is a smaller yoga studio in needham center. The classes are peaceful and really hit the spot when you need a quick stretch. I know they do acupuncture and some other treatments but I have only had experience with their yoga classes. All the teachers are super nice too. Would definitely recommend for someone who is newer to practicing yoga or wants to pop into a class every once and a while.“
