I had never been to a physical therapist and hoped never to have to go to one, but after living with the same painful injury for around 8 months I decided I wasn't going to heal by being stubborn. Well after going to Resilient Physical Therapy I only wish I'd gone sooner. Sarah figured out my problem right away and gave me the help I needed to finally end living with pain that lasted the better part of a year. Sarah is the best Physical Therapist you can get. I like her approach to treatment, it contains compassion, understanding and goal oriented towards her clients. If you are in need of Physical Therapist she is your best resource and confidant. Her clinic location and privacy of one patient at a time are added bonuses.

I had been suffering from pain in my hamstring for over eight months before being seen at Resilient PT. The one-on-one session was integral to my recovery.
