Yani, the man running the business, is an awesome teacher and guide through the various different treatments you can recieve at Cloud 9. The float tank is genuinely something I think everyone should try, and this location is definitely a place I'll be going back to for more floats in the future!“

“Tried this spa for the first time. This building has seen better days as I was here about 15 years ago to see another tenant. Unfortunately that's the way it is with most downtown Norwood buildings. The spa itself is dimly lit with a small waiting room. I arrived about ten minutes early and they were able to take me immediately. Large massage room with pleasant touches such as flower petals strategically placed on the floor. Nicely decorated and soothing music with the sound of a babbling brook heard during the massage. The " babbling brook" is a small fountain in the waiting room I had not noticed. My massage therapist Paule gave me a ninety minute deep tissue Thai massage. She was great. She seems to know just how much pressure to use before it can get uncomfortable. Paule and the person I made the appointment with were both friendly and greeted me with smiling faces. Wonderful massage that is just as good if not better as the massage spas in the more expensive resorts -- and just as good as the Thai massages I've had in Thailand! Paule is an excellent massage therapist. I'll be back on a regular basis.“

“I got my first Signature Facial here a couple of days ago. The place is super cute and cozy and the service is superb! My friend's excellent review about it was enough for me to be willing to try it. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first facial (and I always thought I had a sensitive skin), and I was pleasantly surprised that my skin didn't not have any negative reaction after the whole process of cleaning off the impurities and applying a lot of products. The massage was amazing! Since Narine used to be a professional dermatologist it was awesome to get some information from her about my skin. Thank you, Narine! I will definitely be back! :)“
