I was in the store when the previous reviewed customer was interacting with Carrie. They were not able to get to the customer’s phone who dropped it off at 2:30pm because they were swamped all day. These professionals spend their entire day juggling customers, issues and repairs. Carrie was very “professional” during the interaction, and was not rude to the woman making the previous complaint. She handled the situation as best she could and reassured her that she would gladly repair her phone at the location she was working at tomorrow because this location is closed on Wednesdays.
