About AhaTron Tech LLC- MacBook Clinic Framingham
AhaTron Tech LLC- MacBook Clinic Framingham is a trusted repair service for MacBooks, PCs, and tablets. They are known for their quick and efficient work, such as recovering and copying a 12-year-old Air Book's hard drive onto an external drive within hours of the initial phone call. The MacBook Clinic also has expertise in replacing a MacBook Air's touchpad in about 2 hours. Customers have praised their professional and fast service at very reasonable prices. For example, they fixed a MacBook Pro purchased from Apple in 2021 for $320.00 and returned it in less than two days, while the Apple Store charged $600.00 for a diagnostic with no repair guarantee. Their location at 965 Concord Street in Framingham makes them highly recommended for their reliable service and affordable solutions. Recent reviews highlight their ability to quickly fix issues like spilled water damage, keyboard replacements, and even gaming console repairs, often exceeding customer expectations with their professionalism and cost-effectiveness.
We had a great experience with this repair shop. My wife's MacBook Air had a sticky left Shift key after some liquid was spilled on it. We first took it to the Apple Store, where the technician inspected the laptop and quoted us nearly $1,000 for liquid-damage repair and replacement of the entire keyboard assembly since we did not have AppleCare+. That was even more than what we originally paid for the MacBook!
Unfortunately, after the Apple Store inspection, the Shift key stopped working completely. We then found this repair shop nearby, and they were able to quickly identify the issue and replace only the individual key component for much less.
