Exceptional Service and Lightning-Fast Turnaround!

I cannot recommend Joel at My Computer enough! My laptop charging cord was not working, and I was completely stressed out about it. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Joel was incredibly empathetic, calm, and professional. He listened to my issue, and immediately went to work on it after I left.
