We have used Julie’s inhouse and remote professional services for more than a decade. Julie is very proficient at setting up and troubleshooting computers, printer/scanners, Windows, and Mac OS systems. She recently transferred all the files/photos etc. from a 12 yr old laptop to a new one and ensured that they would open on Windows 11 and LibreOffice. She also set up a wireless printer that interfaces with both our iPhones and the new laptop. Most importantly, Julie is trustworthy, easy to work with, and efficient. A terrific experience...I was a total wreck after clicking where I should not have clicked. Julie not only calmed me down, she had my laptop scanned and back with me in less than a day.

The Computer Mom was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the cause of slow loading of webpages on our Windows 10 PC, a failed network card. She recommended an easy fix: plug in a USB ethernet adapter. Fast page loading now without having to install a new internal network adapter card. This computer had previously been to the local shop where I had purchased the PC and they did not find his problem! Hooray for the Computer Mom! I would trust her with any computer or network issue.
