“Cameron and Victor came to our home to perform the annual preventative maintenance on our three systems. The PMs went well with two of the units operating as they should. One of the units was not working well. Cameron was able to troubleshoot through three potential problems and find the fix for that unit. Great work! Can't think of a better company to call if you have an HVAC system and you want to keep it in tip top shape.“

“Don once again saved the day for me, with a quick response and by showing up the next morning to have a look at my furnace, which was starting to make some noise from the blower area. I had others suggesting that the motor or the ball bearings were going, all costly fixes (from listening to a recording of the sound). Don thought it was more of an intake airflow issue, and asked me to try dropping down the air filter MERV rating from the 10 and 12 which I had been using. I went out and bought a MERV 6 rating filter, which is fine for my needs and the condo. The noise went away. A quick visit and solid advice! He has always found time to come by quickly, and assess situations, clearly spelling out a plan and cost, and then does what he says. He never tries to upsell me on anything that is beyond what I need to solve my issue. I have to say, some of the other larger companies have done exactly that. He has helped me with HVAC, Water Heater, and general plumbing in the past, and I have never had any issues or surprises.“
