The Setterlund team came out to assess my situation figured out immediately that my toilet was leaking onto my garage ceiling and fixed that then fixed all the other issues. They had to come back for the bathroom faucets because it ended up being less expensive to just replace those and when I went to check on the guys there was one under each sink working away. A picture of efficiency. All of this work was under $1000. I thought it would be double that. Excellent work, very fair price, and for the work I need next year I already know to cost so that I can plan. Im so pleased thank you!”

“Don once again saved the day for me, with a quick response and by showing up the next morning to have a look at my furnace, which was starting to make some noise from the blower area. I had others suggesting that the motor or the ball bearings were going, all costly fixes (from listening to a recording of the sound). Don thought it was more of an intake airflow issue, and asked me to try dropping down the air filter MERV rating from the 10 and 12 which I had been using. I went out and bought a MERV 6 rating filter, which is fine for my needs and the condo. The noise went away. A quick visit and solid advice! He has always found time to come by quickly, and assess situations, clearly spelling out a plan and cost, and then does what he says. He never tries to upsell me on anything that is beyond what I need to solve my issue. I have to say, some of the other larger companies have done exactly that. He has helped me with HVAC, Water Heater, and general plumbing in the past, and I have never had any issues or surprises.”
