Based on customer reviews, Setterlund Plumbing & Heating provides reliable and professional service. Tammy is great to deal with on the phone for scheduling, which is very easy. The crew are very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. They show up on time, are efficient, and take care of problems quickly. The plumbers are neat and leave no trace of having been in the home. They take the time to explain options and how repairs will be completed. The response time is very quick, with problems often diagnosed practically 24 hours after reaching out. Customers have used Setterlund for a variety of plumbing repairs, including faucet replacements and Navien Combi Unit repairs. The quotes are very reasonable. Customers are always happy with the service and highly recommend them. Many will definitely use Setterlund again for future repairs and preventative maintenance.
First class! I just moved to Medfield and my spigots, kitchen sink, toilet, and bathroom faucets were all broken. The Setterlund team came out to assess my situation figured out immediately that my toilet was leaking onto my garage ceiling and fixed that then fixed all the other issues. They had to come back for the bathroom faucets because it ended up being less expensive to just replace those and when I went to check on the guys there was one under each sink working away. I had to grt a new toilet bowl. They came today, and in less than 2 hours it was installed. They were so neat too! I was figuring on cleaning up after them. They cleaned up when they were done. I would recomment them to anyone in need of a plumber.
Tammy was great to deal with on the phone and Cliff showed up on time , was personable and a total professional. He took care of the problem quickly and left no trace of having been in our home. It was my first experience with Setterlund and I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future should the need arise.
