The crew are very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. They show up on time, are efficient, and take care of problems quickly. The plumbers are neat and leave no trace of having been in the home. They take the time to explain options and how repairs will be completed. The response time is very quick, with problems often diagnosed practically 24 hours after reaching out. Customers have used Setterlund for a variety of plumbing repairs, including faucet replacements and Navien Combi Unit repairs. The quotes are very reasonable. Customers are always happy with the service and highly recommend them. Many will definitely use Setterlund again for future repairs and preventative maintenance.
I had to grt a new toilet bowl. They came today, and in less than 2 hours it was installed. They were so neat too! I was figuring on cleaning up after them. They cleaned up when they were done. I would recomment them to anyone in need of a plumber.
