The Nicholson team's service was excellent. They answered all my questions and explained the entire water heater system, equipment options, warranty information, and steps to replace the failed water tank ... and I had an appointment in less than 24 hours over the holiday.Very happy with my call to Nicholson and would highly recommend.
Ollie is the best!! He treated my home like it was his home. Clearly explained all options in a kind and professional manner. He completed replacement of my hot water tank quickly and with excellent finished product. He spent an extra few minutes to wrap hot water pipes and left everything neat and organized. Thank you so much , made my day during a stressful time!!!
Brian was amazing! He checked our heater thoroughly and diligently. He explained us all the issues, and gave a suggestion how to fix the problem. He installed an additional transformer. He also helped us in fixing our filter issue. We were 100% satisfied! Thanks to Brian we have a plan with Nicholson Plumbing now.
