Kind, thoughtful, respectful, hardworking and10 out of 10. I was on crutches and had difficulty ambulating and he had to move some boxes and Christmas items to get to where he needed to be. He went out of his way to get the furnace working. He was the best!

Very professional, honest and efficient. Your company sales staff could learn much about customer satisfaction from Brendan. Given my past very unpleasant experience with your sales reps, Brendan was a delightful and much appreciated change. He is, unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say about Nicholson.
