“Richard Gonzalez went above and beyond for us last night, Jun 5, 2026. We had lost our heat pump - our air conditioning- because some workmen working on our bathroom had disconnected it by mistake. Richard came after hours, about 6 PM, on a very hot evening and reconnected our heat pump.“

“We recently had mini splits installed in our big-ass Victorian by McMahon. Our house was always freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. And because of the layout of our place (lots of rooms/no real open areas) we had to have so many window units that it never really cooled anything down. But that's not the case anymore. From the start, everyone at McMahon was just awesome to work with. Our first contact was Steven, who explained everything to us and helped us problem solve for what would be the best solution. After we decided that, Ledi did most of the installation (always with a helper). Ledi does more work in a day than I do in 3 months. He was just great (even our pets loved him). The electricians were awesome. Everyone involved was stellar. McMahon even helped us with the MassSave info we wanted to fill out for an interest-free loan that was available.

I can not say enough about them. If you are looking to get any heating or cooling units installed, use them. You will not be disappointed.“

This new unit works great. The installer did a great job and made sure everything was working properly and explained the controls for me.
