“Service tech was very good. Came when scheduled, spent about an hour diagnosing, ordered parts, parts arrived next day, scheduled replacement. Again arrived on schedule, spent another hour replacing parts, everything working just fine. 3 year warranty on appliance is hard to beat. Reasonable pricing. “My tenants refrigerator broke down today. I went to Home Depot, Best Buy and Lowe's and all three had only floor models. You have to place an order in advance and wait for it to arrive. Am I supposed to leave my tenant without a refrigerator for a number of days until the delivery comes in? The new normal. I called up Boston and Appliance in Woburn and spoke to Matt. He told me they had one for me to take with me. I showed up 40 minutes later and within 20 minutes they loaded a very fairly priced stainless steel refrigerator into my van and I was out the door. I replaced my tenants refrigerator and all is good. This will be my first phone call next time instead of wasting three hours going around searching .“
