Once to fix an ice maker, a second time to fix an error message on our 10-year-old washing machine, and a third time to fix/replace a disposal. He's easy to communicate with and schedule (quick to respond to text messages) and has always been able to come out within a day or two from my request. Goes the extra mile when it comes to explaining the issue and how to keep problems from happening in the future. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.“

They came to my house quickly, found the problem, ordered a part and came back and fixed the prob.Second call was on a refrigerator. Again they came quickly, found the prob and fixed it.They also vacuum ed behind the refrigerator and cleaned the whole area.On both occasions the repair people were great.
