Went in to replace my phone battery and had a couple issues because my phone was in beta mode, but aside from that issue, Nixon was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process

Tom the associate for geek squad is the best employee there. Anytime I ever needed help with anything I had any questions he was always there to help me out he never had a problem with it. Very professional and knowledgeable. My remote starter malfunctioned a couple times and I went to him to get it fixed and it was a great experience every time. This guy needs more recognition then what he already gets. Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody.

No wait for Geek Squad on an early Saturday afternoon. Agent, friendly and knowledgeable. I am not a very computer literate person, but the agent was willing to explain what he was doing and even offered to help with some issues I wasn't even aware of. Anyone who doesnt buy Geek Squad is making a big mistake.
