This has been a horrible experience. We have been two months without a washer. First they ordered one part, and after they came to install the part, they discovered that they needed another part. Then we waited two months for the new part. Two days after they installed the new part for $500, not including what we had already paid for the previous part an installation, the washer started leaking. Now we have to get our money back or go to small claims court. What a nightmare.
Had a warranty for my washing machine. Needed two techs to remove washer from dryer in very small space in my home. Terrible customer service. Did not listen to customers request or the insurance company’s guidance. Refused to find a solution with customer and seek assistance from management. Hung up on customer several times. Do not recommend. If insurance company recommends advise that they seek another vendor for maintenance.
Not a great experience at all. I was referred to them under a warranty. Scheduled them for this week, in which they called to reschedule sooner. I waited for them throughout the window and called them as it got near to the end of the window just to learn that they weren’t coming as they got stuck at another job, yet didn’t think to call earlier to let us know. Then when I asked their process around their work they criticized the question and said something along the lines of ‘well why are you calling us to fix an appliance and ask how we do it’ which seemed rude and unnecessary for a simple question.
