First interaction with the company was great. However the appliance was not serviced correctly. Second time the technician sent was rude. Complained about it being his last stop and did not complete the job accurately. This company has now refused to return to make the correction to my appliance. I would NEVER use them again. And plan to file a more official complaint. We pay them a great deal of money for nothing.

I paid for a kit for my wine refrigerato over the phone with Supreme Appliance. it was over $400.00. They were supposed to come on Tuesda. They cancelled and told me they would come on Saturday morning. They didn't show up or call. They're not answering the phone. Seriously?

Utterly useless. This is the contractor my appliance insurance uses. I first called them 6 weeks ago when my dryer stopped heating. They did not show up for that appointment, or for the next one. When the guy finally came yesterday, he refused to repair the dryer. So now I'm out the $120 deductible, 12 hours of vacation time from work waiting for repairmen, 6 Sundays (and counting) at the laundromat, and the cost of a new dryer since the old one is apparently never going to be repaired. Don't ever use this company if you can help it.
