We have multiple pets in our home and I have wanted a “nice vacuum” for a long time, so my husband started researching and decided that a Miele fit exactly what I've been wanting.
Wewere about to order one from one of the main ordering sites, but upon reading reviews realized that the warranty was only valid if purchased from an authorized dealer.
We found out Mr. Sweeper was an authorized dealer, so we visited their website and were pleasantly surprised to see that not only was it on sale, they also offered 10% off your first order!
It turns out that the unit I wanted was backordered- Bob reached out very quickly to let us know and we ended up with way more compensation than we expected.
The price was great, the communication impeccable and the shipping very prompt!
We would definitely recommend Mr. Sweeper!

I was in recently and happy to meet another Son. I was informed of my options and I tested them on my type of floor with different debris.
They took in my old machine to part it out for the repair shop and I received a compensation. My new machine is powerful, compact and light weight. Shop local.
They fixed a clog in my vacuum really quickly and didn’t charge anything. Super friendly and helpful, they showed me where the clog was and how to check it myself in the future! I’ll definitely be coming back for all my vacuum needs.
