“We had recently purchased a fridge from Costco and within a week had a mishap with a broken piece for the ice machine. Costco had referred and sent out Mike from LAR service. He had called and requested any information and pictures to help speed up the process for both ends. After I had sent the needed information Mike contacted me and decided to have a whole new ice bin sent out and we received it the next day. Mike was quick to the point and didn't waste my time.
