We called Paul after another company's service tech advised replacing a major component of our oven. Paul was great right from the start and even attempted to help me troubleshoot via text to save me the service call. He is professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in his service. He properly diagnosed and repaired our oven within an hour of arriving. He also took the time to educate us about how to best maintain our existing appliances and potential fail points. Highly recommend!

We really appreciated the quick response (within minutes) and prompt follow up - (next day!). It’s a drag to have an appliance not working - but a relief to receive high quality, quick service.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Fixed my dishwasher quickly and had helpful maintenance recommendations for my other appliances. I will absolutely call Paul again the next time I have a broken appliance.
