I loved the treatment I received at Liberty Physical Therapy in Lynn. Their PTA Markus listened to all my concerns and really challenged me throughout the exercises for my lumbar pain and with the electrical stimulation. Emily the office manager is always on top of my schedule and attentive. I brought my best friend to get her treatment here just so I could come back and visit!

I came here on a rainy Sunday with my roommate since we had nothing else to do. The shop was cozy, spotless, and didn’t smell like nail products at all. I chose a manicure with a neutral beige polish while she picked a shiny purple color. The techs were patient and kept asking if the length and shape were okay which I appreciated. It’s a great spot if you just want to spend a lazy day indoors and leave with pretty nails.

Meeting Rosa has changed my life!!! I cut my hair super short last year (like basically buzz cut) and regretted it instantly . I wanted to grow my hair out but also look decent during the grow out phase. I tried a few different hair stylist and not many knew how to cut my Asian hair. Then one day I saw a few ladies walk out of Rosa’s hair salon with beautiful short blowouts, I knew I had to meet her. Since then, she’s cut my hair a few times and each time has made me feel and look beautiful (all during a phase that is usually called the ugly grow out phase) . Most recently, she cut and dyed my hair perfectly!!! I was very hesitate with dying my hair as I haven’t done it in over ten years. Afraid of damaging and maintaining my the color, as I don’t have much time or money for that. Rosa took that into consideration and did my hair in less than an hour!!!!! She didn’t use bleach and the color came out beautifully! Price is very affordable and I just cant stop looking at myself! Thank you Rosa for making me feel like myself again (which can be tough as a working mom of three!).

I got introduced to them last year through a post on Instagram when they had a flash tattoo event for Friday the 13th & sooo many ppl came. The owner was nice, the tat artists are talented & I'll be coming here more often to get some more work done. Recently, I needed to replace our water heater in a condo that runs on gas for both heat and hot water, not your average setup. It required a specific 199,000 BTU water heater, which isn’t cheap. I was referred to Michael Russo Plumbing, a family-owned business with a great reputation, and after working with them, I now know why. When I first called and gave them the model and serial number, the owner personally answered. He immediately recognized it was a specialized and expensive unit. Instead of just quoting a price, he expressed real concern about the high cost and asked if he could call me back after doing some research. Sure enough, ten minutes later he called back. He had confirmed the specs, shopped around, and tracked down the exact model at the best possible price. That kind of honesty and effort is rare. And Nico, the installer — he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. He walked me through how the installation would go, made sure everything was clear, and got to work. Before I knew it, the installation was complete. Professional, clean, and smooth from start to finish. I heard a Kuhlman Electric ad on WBZ Radio and called the same day. They got back to me quickly, and within a week someone was at the house to review the work we needed done. I received the estimate a few days later and scheduled the job. Jeff and Liam arrived on time and took great care to keep the house clean and free of clutter. They worked efficiently through a long list of tasks and checked in with us about the additional items we wanted to add. Anywhere they needed to cut into a wall, they patched it neatly before leaving. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We had not had our oriental rug cleaned since we bought it 20 years ago. We have pets and through the years there were pet stains unseen. Brought our rug to Proodian Rug Cleaners after much research. Gustavo and his crew work together like a well-oiled machine. It’s like a choreographed dance with cherry picker, ropes, and chainsaws. The crew arrived on time and took down two very large maple trees (taller than the full reach of the bucket). The yard was raked clean of debris. I had them return the following week to trim a crabapple tree, two rows of privets, and lilacs that had become very overgrown and too close to the house. I definitely recommend and will call them again.

We hired JJS outdoor for the second time this year. For a spring cleaning but also to plant and rearrange our garden. The team did a great job even if the weather wasn’t ideal. We are definitely looking forward to work with them again.

He and his family came with snowblower and shovels etc. (no plow) Not only did they clear the driveway but also all the walkways as well. They did a A++ job!!!

Eduardo's team did a fabulous job on my driveway! They did the entire project in one day - and that included removing a second layer of old asphalt that no one knew about. Edging was meticulously done, including around small curved cobblestone garden area. Clean up was excellent and thorough. All for very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Leo really knows what he’s doing. We had 2 trees that were really struggling. He trimmed them, made holes to aerate, added 10-10-10 fertilizer. Told me to water 2x a day. I’ve been doing that and Voila! My trees are coming back. Yay Leo!! An added benefit is that Leo is a really nice guy.
Ever and his crew did a great job. They were on time and communicated everything that they were doing. I was so impressed I hired them to do my landscaping permanently.

Very pleased with Austin and his crew, they exceeded my expectations. Performed fabric and mulching, gardening/planting in our flower beds (3 of them), trimming shrubs, laying crushed stone, and crafting a new stone walkway for my rear entryway.
Easy to communicate with and prompt responses. Austin reached out proactively about coordinating around weather, sharing progress photos, and overall timelines. It was comforting to feel like I had entrusted my job and money to a true professional who had command of the situation and understood what I wanted.

J & A Brothers Tree Service came by to cut and remove a couple of large branches from an old tree that was caught in the tree. They also identified some branches leaning near our home that needed to be removed. I was grateful for their thoroughness. Their team worked safely, was professional, worked quickly and cleaned up. Edgar and his crew showed up as scheduled. Had to trim tree using old school climbing. Did a meticulous job avoiding landscaping and PVC fencing. Cleaned area and left it good as when he arrived. Would recommend him.
Lopez was excellent! They were very responsive, gave me a reasonable quote, and came 2 days later to remove a large oak tree. They did a fantastic job and left the area spotless. I highly recommend them!
The brothers removed a large tree from my front driveway that was in danger of knocking out power and restricting vision upon existing to road. The brothers showed up on time and got right to work. I live on a main road and the tree was dancing between many power lines and the way they easily and safely removed the tree was remarkable. The clean up provided was like they never had a foot print at our house. Their prices are fair and without unnecessary balloons. Other companies stated we needed police presence, road blockage, etc. they proved this wrong with their work. I highly recommend this company and are already in the works for hiring them for our next project.
My partner and I recently started seeing Dr. Wheeler. I have had an initial visit, a cleaning, and a filling. Dr Wheeler is very thorough, thoughtful, and excellent at his work. Amy did a wonderful cleaning for me, and answered all kinds of questions that I had. She was so kind and patient! I feel like my oral health is in excellent hands at this practice.
Lovely place for kids. I have a spanish speaking toddler and was very nervous about his first encounter with the dentist. Dr. Lago impressively made my child’s experience smooth! He is bilingual and that was a huge plus for me. He was very patient, answered all of my questions as clear as possible. My son left the office all smiles. The staff was sweet and friendly. Highly recommend the MZL Lynn location but especially Dr. Lago!!
I have been going to Dr.Karlis since I was 15yrs old..And 28yrs later I still go to her,. As well as my three children and now my Grandchildren..Dr.Karlis is fantastic.. She is very calming at all times I Love her to death..!! She tells you what she’s doing step bye step a lot of people are scared or have anxiety from the dentist.. but not with her ..!!Not at all..!!!I had to go to a Dental surgeon to get my wisdom teeth taken out dew to a medical condition.. And I won’t Name any names,.. she was pleased with my surgery,.. But to put it bluntly ... She was not happy as far as my after care because of my medical condition.. Dr.Karlis is very passionate.. And because she was dis-pleased..she called him up right INFRONT of me still keeping her charming self respect.. And told Him how did-pleased she was.. As well as telling him I was still under his care,.. Relaxation and empathy - They have the best customer service. I called them last minute after a previous appointment and they were more than happy to welcome me. They understood my pain area and soothed it soo well! I wish I could give them beyond 5 stars for the excellency!

Edit after 3 years - am a regular to there place now, they really do look out for stiffness and stress points so you are relieved for longer periods of time.
Vlad was an excellent instructor in terms to make you a better driver. He’s patient but also doesn’t sugarcoat your mistakes but that is good too. After all, it helped me pass my road test within two days of driving. Would recommend!
I was very nervous about driving but Dee was very patient with me and was confident that i could do it. If it wasnt for her motivating me i dont think i would have passed.
Marc was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He created a relaxed environment where I felt confident in my abilities and comfortable behind the wheel. I had mixed experiences with other driving schools, but Marc created a safe space for me to learn. He works with your schedule and makes everything easy for you. From my first lesson, it took about six weeks to obtain my license, and he took care of everything related to confirming the test. Marc is a truly kind and helpful person! I cannot recommend this driving school enough, especially to other adult learners. Thank you, Marc!
