I was hesitant to write this review because I feel like it is so hard to find a hidden gem, but I cannot gatekeep Rosa any longer. I have my cosmo license and have only worked in high end salons for the last 10 years. I moved the North Shore and commuting to the city to see friends still in the industry was getting too tough, That suburban hair has never been for me, I need high-end products that really work and modern techniques, and I have found both those things in Rosa’s salon.
