They were running right on time for the appointment. And everyone there is always friendly.
Very kind and sweet staff! As you visit the place with a previous appointment the waiting time is almost null. Really good place for our kids.
Office is fine. Building which is owned by the city of Lynn is in rough shape. My children and I got stuck in their elevator, forcing me to call 911. The office and firefighters both confirmed that the city owns the building and that people getting trapped in this elevator happens on a regular basis. Safe to say, we will never be taking the elevator again. The fire department told me to call the mayor’s office and complain, which I did and then spoke to inspectional service services as well as the office reaching out. However, I do believe the fight department has the ability to shut that elevator down and deemed unsafe. Long story short, the office is fine, but...read full review
