“This spring I was in the market to replace the aging heat pump in my condo unit. At the recommendation of neighbors, long- time residents of the area, I contacted Wilson Services. Unlike several other heating and plumbing company offices I had previously contacted, I actually had the opportunity to speak with the office manager, Carine, who scheduled an appointment for me with Stephen, to access the project and estimate costs. During the appointment at my condo, Stephen thoroughly explained the details involved with the installation and answered my questions and concerns. Within a short time, a contract was drawn-up and I received a call from the owner, Gary Wilson, to discuss a possible installation date. Before long, Gary arrived with his crew: Dimitri and Hunter, to begin the work which presented some real challenges as part of the installation was on the roof. Three additional crew members, electricians, arrived the following day to complete the job. Gary, whose kindness and attention to details cannot be overstated, stayed beyond the completion of the job to make adjustments to my thermostat. While first impressions can sometimes turn out to be disappointing, this was not the case with Wilson Services. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Overall, the work of Gary Wilson and his entire team exceeded my expectations.“
