“We needed our gas water heater replaced after it leaked out and shut off by itself. The water heater was about seven years old. I called the main number for Marion Plumbing and it said to call another number if this was an emergency. Well it was as my wife and I are in our 70's and we already were in the second day without any hot water. I explained to Steve, the owner our situation and he was very understanding and helpful. He had his crew, Matt and John come out this afternoon, to assess the situation. I thought they would come back tomorrow to do the work because of the horrendous heat and poor air quality today. I was blown away that they knocked on my door less than an hour later and told me it was completed! I also got a ten year warranty with new water heater which is what I wanted. A little more money, but well worth it in my opinion. My wife and I couldn't believe it! What great, professional service by these two men! They are in my opinion the very best you can get to do the work. Just two, hard working nice guys. I'm so happy I found this contractor online. I chose them because of all the five star google reviews and they are legit! Kudos to Steve, the owner and his wonderful crew. I will pass the word to all my neighbors of their excellence. “I had a Geothermal hot water heater that the compressor went on. After calling 8 companies and able to get anyone to speak with me, I stopped in at DF Plumbing and Dean talked me through bypassing the Heat Pump mode so that I could have hot water for the weekend. When I returned home and performed the bypass then e-mailed pictures to Dean so that he could provide me with the correct hot water heater for my needs then confirmed with me that I did have hot water and that he did not need to make an emergency home visit.
Dean then provided me with an estimate for a new Hybrid Hot Water Heater.
On Monday Dean called to advise that he would have a crew at my home on Tuesday to install the new hot water heater.
On Tuesday Dean called to advise that his crew would be at my home within an hour.
His crew was so awesome. Their work was neat, they cleaned up after they were done and did some of the nicest work I have seen and made sure all pipes were secured, that the water was on and running properly and took away my old unit.
These people are my new best friends and I would use DF Plumbing and recommend the any day of the week. This organization is just the best and awesome. I give them 10 stars out of 5. They are that good.“

“ARE was one of the contractors we called when we found a leak in our water supply line from the street cutoff. They were the fastest to respond. Jon (the owner) came out and gave us a quote based on a trenchless replacement that wouldn't require heavy machine work beyond excavating the pit at the water shutoff. When that method didn't work - even after several hours of trying - they switched to a trench replacement, honored the original quote, and made sure we had water by the end of the day. They came back the next day to finish the work - repaving, regrading, replanting, and cleaning up the site. All of this was done within two or three days of our initial call to them.

We were BLOWN AWAY by how professional the crew was and how quickly they were able to get DPW folks out at the right moments for shutoff, inspection, and restart. They handled everything in-house, from permitting to repaving (you often need to have someone else come out for that, from what we heard from every other contractor).
