Mitch was recommended to me by a neighbor, and boy am I pleased! I had an urgent issue with a gas leak, and Mitch answered my phone call immediately, talked me through the issue at hand, and was able to come out the next day to take a look at it. He was also able to do the work in a very short timeframe, was a great communicator, and all at a reasonable price. absolutely staggering! Office staff is also top notch. Highly recommended?

AM/PM has come to the rescue for me in Amherst several times. A few years ago, they replaced a leaking water heater on a Saturday morning. I was mopping up water on the floor for days. When I finally figured out the water was coming from the water heater and called AM/PM late on a Friday afternoon, they took on the job for the next day- no more water in the basement, plenty of hot water upstairs! More recently, they replaced a toilet and fixed a leaking shower head. They are very knowledgeable, they get the job done, and they are neat. We've been working with Mitch, Scott, and the team at AM/PM Plumbing for 23 years, and they've been terrific from the start. Most recently we called Mitch out for what we thought would be a big problem that turned out to be a simple fix, for which Mitch didn't even charge us.
