Kyle confirmed an exact time the day before the appointment, not a window. Showed up early (by request) and was done hooking up my dryer in minutes. Checked out all my pipes while he was downstairs and told me everything was in order. Couldn’t have been easier, more thorough, or more worth the price.

Ordered a smart toilet, and found that the water lines and flange didn't line up properly. Called a few local plumbers, but not only was Biermann the first to answer immediately (others went to voicemail), they were able to send someone out within a couple days. The individual that came (Kyle) was awesome. He was polite, thoroughly explained everything he encountered, and was available for questions as well as to provide tips. Kyle even called the toilet manufacture because he found an issue during installation, and helped facilitate a replacement.
