“I had a Geothermal hot water heater that the compressor went on. After calling 8 companies and able to get anyone to speak with me, I stopped in at DF Plumbing and Dean talked me through bypassing the Heat Pump mode so that I could have hot water for the weekend. When I returned home and performed the bypass then e-mailed pictures to Dean so that he could provide me with the correct hot water heater for my needs then confirmed with me that I did have hot water and that he did not need to make an emergency home visit.<br>Dean then provided me with an estimate for a new Hybrid Hot Water Heater.<br>On Monday Dean called to advise that he would have a crew at my home on Tuesday to install the new hot water heater.<br>On Tuesday Dean called to advise that his crew would be at my home within an hour.<br>His crew was so awesome. Their work was neat, they cleaned up after they were done and did some of the nicest work I have seen and made sure all pipes were secured, that the water was on and running properly and took away my old unit.<br>These people are my new best friends and I would use DF Plumbing and recommend the any day of the week. This organization is just the best and awesome. I give them 10 stars out of 5. They are that good.”
