Called me back on the Sunday I called for help. I said Monday would be fine. Talked to them 1st thing Monday morning and Bernard was there Monday afternoon. This is the 2nd time we called this company and they are professional, polite, respectful, and answer questions and inform you of everything they are doing. They are life savers and defenders of public health.
I've been dealing with shower drain issues for years. We've had several plumbers out that either couldn't help or fixed it for a week and the issue came back. Fletcher's responded same day, fixed the issue quickly, and were super affordable. Wish I called them years ago! 10/10 recommend!
We had an issue with our plumbing and called Fletcher Plumbing & Heating. They were very responsive and sent Josh J. to our home to help. He was fantastic from start to finish. His customer service was outstanding, he was thorough in explaining everything, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure the issue was taken care of. We really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!
