“Our furnace shut down this week on the coldest day of the year. Called J.W. Heating and AC. Josh showed up that day within a half hour, diagnosed and made the necessary repairs. What a great experience. He takes the time to figure out your problem and repair if he can, doesn’t take the easy way out and saved us money, not once, but both times he came out to work on our furnace. “We woke up Christmas Eve morning and our heat was broken….It was absolutely frigid and approximately 20 degrees outside and only 40 degrees in the house; it was so cold in the house that you could literally see your breath, inside. We called Regan HVAC and although we were on hold for a little, when we got through, we spoke with Jessica, who was SO nice and understanding. As expected, they were absolutely slammed due to the winter storm the night prior. Jessica explained that they were really busy, but they’d send someone out ASAP. About an hour later, the technician Joe arrived at the house. He fixed the heat within 5 minutes and explained the issue in detail and offered solutions. Although, he couldn’t permanently repair the issue as he didn’t have the parts, he still made sure the heat was working before leaving. He said he had about 13 calls after us to go to, but he didn’t rush the repair and was very clear, patiently answering the questions we had.
