After the company that installed the AC just a few years ago ghosted me, I called Josh urgently after our AC wasn't turning on during a heat wave. He came out on a Saturday to diagnose and was able to procure a new fan motor almost immediately (and processed it under original warranty which I didn't even know was possible). Turned a $1200 problem into a couple hundred. Excellent service and responsiveness all around. Would highly recommend.
