Delta HVACR Services Inc.
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Delta HVACR Services Inc. for the installation of a Mitsubishi 3 head unit mini split system in our upstairs area. From the very beginning, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The process started when I requested an estimate and was promptly contacted by Svetlana. She not only provided a fair and detailed estimate but also took the time to choose the perfect placement for the system. Her expertise and professionalism were evident from the start. The installation team, consisting of Fidor (Frank), Petr, Ed, and the electricians, did an amazing job. They were efficient, meticulous, and respectful of our home. The team worked diligently to install the new system, ensuring everything was set up perfectly. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trace of their work except for the beautifully installed AC units. Additionally, they took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the units, ensuring we felt confident and comfortable with our new system. Having had numerous less-than-satisfactory experiences with contractors in the past, working with Delta HVACR Services Inc. was a pleasant surprise. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in need of HVAC services. Thank you, Delta HVACR Services Inc., for exceeding our expectations and delivering an exceptional service experience!”
