“I love this studio so much! I do teach here but I also get small group personal training and take classes. It’s an authentic space, that has a strong community sense. There are multiple payment options that have been great options over the years as things flux and help me still create and maintain habits and results. Thank you! Love it!”
“Love this studio. Have been going for a couple of years now and always feel welcome and supported. Susie and Courtney have great classes for whatever I’m craving.”
“This was the best massage I have ever had. I have chronic migraines accompanied by chronic pain all over my body. After my experience here, I have zero pain. The relief I feel is unlike anything I have ever experienced. Thank you so much.”
