Lisa H. has you feeling great before class even starts. You’re greeted with her warm smile and joyful personality. It’s clear Lisa genuinely cares about the experience of each student- she provides suggestions for modifications so you can make adjustments to suit your body’s needs in the moment. During an amazing workout flow, she interjects humor, encouragement, and motivation while gently ensuring you’re in alignment. Class ends with a cooling essential oil soaked towel for shavasana. You will leave feeling fabulous - mind alert, body invigorated.

UPY is my happy place! Dianne’s Monday night class in Westwood is my favorite way to start the week. Dianne makes everyone feel comfortable and is extremely accommodating. Her class is rewarding and she has the best playlists! Definitely check out her class, she is a true UPY gem!

A big shout out to UPY. I just took Courtney’s Friday class and as usual awesome. I always take Mary’s class on Saturday and Dianne’s class on Sunday. They are just as awesome. I have been a UPY member for 7+ years and all the teachers are great. Never had a bad class. I always feel like gumbie afterwards. Thank you Jen for creating and sustaining 3 fabulous studios. The people and teachers are what make UPY great.
