Also, he had a stomach bug this week and went to urgent care, but CVH called and checked on him and gave me great advice - I was so thankful for the additional support! Could not recommend more!“

The principals have worked together for many years and easily and capably cover for each when necessary. Your pet - and you - will get everyone's full, welcoming attention from the "Hi, Bandit" to the "Bye, Daisy." Trust them. They are, simply, the best.“

They are all super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and at the end of the day, all they want is to give your animal the best care possible and make your pet feel loved. I highly recommend their business if you’re in the market for a vet.“

4 Strawberry Hill Rd, Acton“This is the second time I took Zuki, my cockatiel, there. Dr. Sager is good at what he does and immediately figured out what was wrong with her. Highly recommend. Glad I found him especially after the disaster of a vet last time, which resulted in Poppy, my previous cockatiel, dying. She had chronic diarrhea and the other vet told me she was fine and pushed me out. She wasn’t.“

330 Boston Rd, North Billerica“Best possible place I could have found for my fur babies when we moved to town. The staff is wonderful and so are the vets. They love my animals nearly as much as I do!“

1415 Edgell Rd, Framingham“I’ve been a loyal client of Framingham Animal Hospital since 2010, starting with my previous dog, who has since passed away. The care they provided during his later years was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort.
Last Friday, I brought my large Labradoodle, Chloe, who is a bit of an extreme scaredy-cat, in for her routine check-up. I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Dr. Levenson and vet tech Nat. They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make Chloe feel comfortable, which is no easy task.
Additionally, Chloe needed allergy medication, and Dr. Levenson thoroughly explained all the options available. Together, we decided on the best treatment plan, and since then, my wife and I have finally been able to sleep through the night—no more scratching or licking from our girl!
When I got home, I couldn’t stop telling my wife how impressed I was with the care Chloe received. Both Dr. Levenson and Nat made me feel at ease, and more importantly, Chloe felt at ease too. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know how wonderful Framingham Animal Hospital truly is.“

77 Powder Mill Rd, Acton“I could not be happier with the services provided by the staff and vet. They were responsive and accommodating to my appointment request and I was able to get an appointment for the same day. My dog Emerson has anxiety and the care and patience they gave her made for a really good experience and she was super comfortable and even taking treats from them by the end of the appointment. Very grateful I found their services and would recommend to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinarian office/hospital“

1415 Main St, Tewksbury“Very nice caring people work here , prices seem very high we only have hope that they know what they are doing. Two years ago after a number of tests we were convinced to have done our cat was diagnosed with terminal cancer, thankfully we didn't put her down as she's still a playful and somewhat angry cat. We have never had issues other than that one time as we're a little concerned that every time we bring a pet there they up sale services and tests and sometimes we hesitate going when our pets are having issues because of this, but unfortunately thats the way it goes.“
7AM - 8PM

112 Burlington Mall Road, Burlington“I've taken my ten-year-old Golden Retriever, Bailey, to PetMedic Burlington - Urgent Care Vet Clinic three times, twice for an ear infection and another when he injured his hind leg. The staff was great with Bailey. The vet techs and doctors make him feel so at ease that he doesn't mind going if he needs to, which is refreshing because he usually doesn't like going to the vet.❤“
“Dr. Walker and the rest of the staff were amazing when my sister was faced with the hardest decision she had to make for her dog. He made sure all questions were answered, all options were covered and even waited for our family to gather and say our good byes. Dr. Walker’s kind words during the process can only be described as compassionate. He even called my sister a few days later to check in on her. They made this difficult experience just a little easier. We will be forever grateful.“

9 Pelham Island Rd, Wayland“Dr. Silk and her staff are amazing! My three dogs and cat have been cared for by her for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She has warmth and care, actually knows my pets and their personalities, I know I can trust her with my dear family members. Jen at the front desk is an animal lover and my dogs love to greet her and get kisses. The techs are kind and capable, keep my boys from getting too anxious. Dr. Silk is one of a kind, I can't say enough about her!“

75 Linden St.20 & No.60, 20 & No.60, Waltham“Petco Vaccination clinic, it was way better than when we went to a Vetco Clinic. A lot cheaper and the folks were really AWESOME at the Waltham store.
Vetco, different story. They messed my dog up and I'm still waiting on what you all are going to do. You say he has Lyme after a blood test, then, you give him meds and shots, i paid a lot of money. You schedule a follow up for 10 days later for what you said was his final Lyme shot but i went there for nothing because you were closed that day. You get that? You have me come back on a day your closed lol. So, i had to go back the next day, when i got there i was told i can't see the vet today. Well, before i left i seen the SO-CALLED VET LOL. Now i was told he doesn't have lyme and doesn't need the final shot. I'm really mad at this point. How do you not know what is going on? I still don't know if he has it or not because i can't afford to have him retested cause i have no money left. Ive called them and they won't talk with me and never call me back. What are you hiding? Now i know why my best friend Wesly was treated so bad and for something he didn't have. They don't care, if they did, we wouldn't have been treated like that and they would have at the least call me.
2 employees in the store part of the business heard my mouth and the commotion and after i left they came to me and confirmed how bad they are there. They told me they would never bring their pets there. Never going back nor is anyone i know ever going back after my poor pup was handled like a piece of meat for them to make money. I will never let this go and will keep telling everyone, until they make it right. I'm at the dog parks several times a day telling everyone. They won't even contact me.
I used my disability money for that you know. You don't love animals, and you robbed me, a disabled person. So sad!
Have a blessed day, and my dog Wesley, forgives you.
I DON'T

511 Waltham St, Lexington“They've been able to get my dogs in for urgent appointments, and we moved our elderly husky there because they were able to get her in same day for an urgent foot issue that ultimately required surgical intervention that they performed. She did fantastic, we were there several times over two weeks for follow ups. Had another urgent issue arise and they were still able to fit in same day.“

30 Nagog Park # 210, Acton“I adopted my cat Marshee (short for "Marshmal-Low") back in March 2024 and she was diagnosed with mammary cancer in April 2024 with a poor prognosis because of the size of her tumors. I went to Animal Cancer Care Specialists for a consultation with apprehension of what they would suggest that would need to be done. However, I was immediately put at ease by Laurie, Dr Romansik, Deb, Dr Cronin (we joked about Marshee and dogs checking her out in her carrier in the waiting room a couple of times), and all the staff. Marshee had six rounds of chemo, and graduated from chemo in October 2024 and earned her graduation neckerchief. Unfortunately, two more very small lumps recently appeared where her surgical sites were. She was scheduled for an ultrasound in a few weeks. However, three days ago she was not feeling well, and she passed away peacefully in my arms at home about an hour later. I was given a few months of remission for Marshee and she was happy and spunky until her last day. If your pet has cancer, please know that everyone at ACCS has the best interest in mind for your pet. The patience that they show for their patients is amazing. Marshee was a drooler and made her treatments challenging to say the least! Dr Romansik always kept me up to date with what was going on in the treatment room. Thank you to Laurie, Dr Romansik, Deb, Dr Cronin, and all the staff for your wonderful care of Marshee. Your kindness will never be forgotten.“

“Andy and Charley are both treated so well by Cindy, the groomer at West Concord Animal Clinic. They both come out looking great. Grooming can be a stressful process for many pooches, but I keep bringing them back to Cindy because she is so kind to them.“
