Under the circumstances, I had the best experience with PetMedic in Burlington, MA. My dog (Ollie) was vomiting and diarrhea pure blood. I called PetMedic and was seen within 30 minutes of calling. They put us directly into our room and seen by the doctor right away. Dr. Nathan DeCosmo was amazing with Ollie and was extremely thorough with me. With the physical exam and blood work , Dr. DeCosmo was right on spot with Ollie's diagnosis. PetMedic 100% blew my expectations away!! Thank you for caring for Ollie. ?

People, I can’t recommend this place more! My poor pup broke his nail really bad and I was a wreck. I was able to get an appointment an hour and a half later at 7 at night. We got a pre-visit text to fill out details and when we showed up they checked us in super quick and got us into our own room. Hands down the nicest vet tech ever. She made this whole thing so much more bearable. She was super kind and walked us through the whole process, went over the bill in great detail and gave us a reassurance we truly needed. They took our pet at 9pm. They were kind and caring and took their time. I couldn’t recommend their service enough. The employees are very kind and loving. You can trust them with your pet. They made the visit as stress free as possible!
