I really like Shawsheen. They are prompt, courteous , thorough and kind. They make my overly anxious/reactive dog feel comfortable and my other dog feels right at home. I’ve moved a few times in the past few years but I’ve never considered moving on from this vet; they’re worth the trip. Highly recommend!
I love Shawsheen Animal Hospital! I’ve been going here for over 15 years with all of my dogs and I’ve always appreciated the compassion, patience, knowledge, and care that they provide. The staff is always welcoming whenever I go in with either of my dogs and their friendliness and service is unmatched. I no longer live in Tewksbury but continue to bring my dogs there because I trust them so much and don’t care to go anywhere else! Highly recommend them if you’re local and looking for a new vet.
We have 2 cats... One is spicy and needs to be medicated, while the other is passive and easy to handle. It doesn't matter which one they see, they are all very caring. Dr Mayer has an awesome way with both and isn't scared off at all with our spicy one. All of the staff know how to handle both our cats and I would highly recommend Shawsheen Animal Hospital.
