“Dr. Labiento Smith is really efficient and thorough -- I always feel like she's done a comprehensive exam. The lenses she ordered were by far the best I've ever had. Also, she has great taste in helping me pick out frames. Returning this year I was surprised to find out the 2 year old lenses were still under scratch warranty! Wish I'd read/remembered the details, as I bunged them up almost a year ago, could have had them replaced for a nominal processing charge. Looking forward to my new frames & updated Rx. It took me years to realize that the short distance correction area was WAY too tall, so that I was in effect generally trying to look through the line separating the two corrections. The optician at Weston Eye Care understood my problem, helped me choose a lens design which would be optimal for my needs, and had them ready a week later. I would go back again! (Also, this is a lesson that buying prescription eyewear online can really go wrong, and that working with a competent professional in person is sometimes exactly what is needed.)“
