The staff here is very friendly, very helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and just plain nice. I felt very listened to, no hard sells or pushes for anything, and no talking over.Clinic is clean, bright, easy to access and had a lot of great frame styles that fit all face shapes and personal styles.100% recommend. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. My best friend recommended Niro. The first visit went okay, i quickly got an eye exam with a prescription that helped. My second visit was terrible. They are very disorganized! I had to fill in all the forms on the 2nd visit as if i was a new patient because they lost my records. Then my “updated prescription” from the 2nd visit didn’t help very much. Soon after my 2nd exam i called to ask what the results of my eye exam were because i misplaced the paper they gave me. Always get treated well. They are never pushy on things you don’t need. Always quick to schedule over the phone and flexible with appointments. Patient and helpful with any questions I might have. Have been going for years and will continue.
