Suzanne from MyEyeDr gave me an adjustment for a pair of sunglasses I bought online, and they now fit great! The pair wasn’t even from her store but she did a free adjustment for me. Highly reccomend.

Dr. Feifke, at MyEyeDr in Burlington, has been taking care of my vision for more than 15 years. I first found him when my teen needed glasses for the first time, and continued to return yearly for my annual exam. It’s easy to see that he loves his profession because he shows me my eye images and explains everything about them, with enthusiasm! He happily answers all of my questions and always engages in pleasant conversation.

I want to start off by saying that the doctor who saw me was phenomenal, she listened to my concerns and was able to help me. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because while I was waiting in the waiting room on 2/13/24, the day we were supposed to get a bad snow storm, I overheard a male employee be extremely rude about a fellow employee to another employee. What I heard from the conversation is that one employee couldn’t come in because her daycare cancelled as the meteorologist said the snow storm would be bad.
