163 Essex St, Lynn“I called Swampscott Refrigeration to inspect my older unit (we have two, one per each floor of our home) as it was blowing cool air, but it wasn't cold. They sent Scott the technician out. He did a great job identifying and resolving the issue - adding freon to the system and tidying up the compressor while he was working on it. I will likely go back to Swampscott Refrigeration when this unit is ready for replacement. Nice job Swampscott Refrigeration and Scott! I really appreciate your service!“
“We have had a great experience with Z plumbers in replacing our kitchen faucet. They were professional, experienced and very nice. Only good things to say about them!“

“Geralson came out on time, professional, repaired our 4 year old washing machine in 30 minutes. He was very polite and hard working. We really appreciated how efficient he was and also how easy the online booking system is. We got our repair service booked same day and it was about $50 less than a plumber or handyman. So glad we found this service for Boston area!“

Mike set up the delivery and the machine was delivered on-time. Upon delivery, I had a rusted/leaky pipe. Mike called a plumber for me and he showed up within an hour and fixed the pipe problem! A day later my machine was hooked up with new hoses and is working great. Thanks LAR Service Center and to owner Mike Jannuzzi!“

“I am so happy with the support I received from Chelsea Clock Co. I sent in a vintage Chelsea Clock from 1967 that finally died in 2022 after continuous operation with zero maintenance. That’s 55 years. While it did take about ~$800 and roughly 4 months from my initial email to getting my clock back…however, the time and cost was made very evident throughout all of our conversations. The clock has been returned and is beautiful with an exceptionally smooth function. I even received a new Chelsea Key, so that made my day. I big thank you to the amazing techs and support staff up in Chelsea!!!“
