They offer repair services for glasses, even if they're no longer under warranty, and can help with contact lens emergencies. The doctors, including Dr. Luria, make the eye exam experience interesting and educational, with high-tech and complete exams. Eye Q Optical has a machine that allows a 3D image of the eye to be taken without dilation, which many customers appreciate. The staff is also willing to work with customers to find a solution for payment, even if they're no longer covered by insurance. With their accommodating nature and expertise, Eye Q Optical has earned a 5-star reputation among customers and is currently running a great promo on frames due to their 25th anniversary.
I'm pretty sure Dr. LeSoltis saved the vision in my right eye by treating a bad corneal abrasion (first one I ever had, so I didn't realize how serious it was). She took an abundance of caution with my drop regimen and has been monitoring me closely. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the staff, as well. Friendly, helpful, and with a sense of humor I needed. They are all lovely, highly competent people, and I'm truly grateful to them.
This place is great. The people here are so helpful. They are my primary eye care, but I just stopped by on a run due to a problem with my eye. They were able to fit me in on a Saturday, amazing, and so glad I stopped as I had a serious eye infection and did not really know it. So helpful.
