Paul has a personality that makes you feel comfortable like you're old high school buddies..I went there thinking I needed a very expensive king pin service and he pointed out right away the king pins were fine and it was just tie rods..Saving me a lot of money.. I work 7 days a week and I'm an owner operator with a single truck. So when my truck's down, I can't make money. Paul understands this and had me drop the truck off Sunday when I finished up for the day. And had it ready before lunch time the next day getting me right back on the road it was very little down time. We had never even talked price but when he handed me the bill it was more than fair to the level of service he provides. I honestly expected the bill to be a lot higher..after he completed the suspension work, I was told to take it for an alignment. So I did and the alignment tech was blown away by how close they already had it and told me whoever did the work is very good at it. So if you're looking for a shop that's honest, fairly priced, efficient, and actually knows how to diagnose problems and not just throw parts at it or plug in a computer. Paul is your guy.
