A+. Had a hot water heater failure. Matt went above and beyond to find me a great new heat pump hot water unit, and was able to secure rebates for a significant cost savings. Removal of old and installation of new by the technicians was approx. 3.5 hours. Matt understood the urgency and got the job scheduled promptly. Everything is great.
