“This Veterinary center was very accommodating, clean, professional, well mannered and empathetic. We recently visited the vet and had to hear some tough news. They aren’t just about making a bunch of money or a profit taking advantage of their customer base. They were very understanding and extremely accommodating. The staff was professional and personable. The doctor was experienced and very knowledgeable. They even followed up after with a written summary of our appt and prepared thoroughly reviewing our dogs history before we met. I am extremely satisfied with the thoroughness and the time the doctor spent with us and didn’t feel rushed at all. We just recently moved to MA from CA and will definitely plan for all our pet care here to be at Highland Animal Hospital and provide a shining recommendation.”

“I used Boston Dog Butlers for 3 years to walk my dog twice a week and once a week for park play, as well as one off dog walks on the weekends. I recommend them to everyone who lives in the South End. In those 3 years, I never once had a walk cancelled. They are incredibly reliable, kind, and my dog is obsessed with all of his BDB dog and human friends. I’m moving to Cambridge and am SO bummed I won’t be able to use them anymore. 10/10 service and people!”
“I can’t recommend Untangled Tail highly enough. I’ve worked with several groomers over the years, and Brenda stands out as the most skilled and professional by far. My dog has very sensitive skin and often had flare-ups after grooming elsewhere, but since switching to Untangled Tail, he’s done exceptionally well.<br><br>Not only does he always look fantastic, but the appointments are also noticeably more efficient than with other groomers. At this point, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care.<br><br>Beyond her technical skill, Brenda is kind, organized, flexible, and excellent at communication, making scheduling and coordination seamless.”
“Deanna is an absolute sweetheart of a human being. I felt so comfortable in her clean, bright, and thoughtful space. My pup gets very nervous when he is away from his pack; prolonging grooming, waiting in cages for hours next to other dogs who are barking of crying is too intense for him. I had no idea that other grooming places are like a factory assembly and would take 4 hours to 5 hours to groom my 10 pound pup.<br><br>With a private grooming experience there is no wait time. The focus is completely on him from drop off to pick up time which was a total of 60 minutes. The cut is so cute and he wasn’t lethargic or disconnected when we picked him up. “My dog HATES getting her nails trimmed and turns into a demon at PetSmart. However, the ladies at Dog Village Salon must radiate some aura of love because she never even quivers a lip here. They hold her and give her little kisses while someone trims and grinds her nails, and she leaves calm and happy. They are fast, kind, and charge a very reasonable price for a great nail trim.<br><br>We are moving soon but may honestly come back sometimes just for the nail trims.”

“I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. The subsequent urgent care bills were staggering. Tino's fear of groomers became so intense that I had to consult with his vet to obtain medication to alleviate his anxiety. Fortunately, I reached out to Janelle, and she graciously accommodated me with an early morning appointment at 6:30 am. She did an outstanding job, and Tino looks phenomenal. He was beaming with joy, showering her with kisses, and his tail was wagging ecstatically - he almost didn't want to leave the shop! I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Janelle for dedicating her time and expertise to Tino's care. I will undoubtedly return with Tino, as Janelle's professionalism, compassion, and exceptional grooming skills are unparalleled. Thank you for restoring my faith in dog groomers.
