Joann is very informative and shares her 30 plus years of experience if one is willing to listen. When I first brought my Morkie I didn’t realize I was not brushing & combing correctly. I actually thought he was mat free! But Joann showed me just where all the tiny knots were … very close to his skin, way underneath the smooth hair on the top - I was missing them! That first time he needed a shorter shave to get all the mats out effectively & comfortably for the dog. Then, as I learned how to comb him properly and become used to the process of regular grooming visits he has the look I love!“

He was thoroughly examined and the issue was taken care of with expertise. I was given thorough instructions for his care and all my questions were answered. “Our dog LOVES Go Play! We did puppy and basic obedience courses there and she goes weekly for daycare. When they open the door for her to come in our dog runs in and doesn’t look back! Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“
