Two weeks ago I adopted 2 small rescue dogs who are understandably nervous going anywhere, away from their new home! I stopped in here without an appt in the afternoon and they took us right away. They could not have been nicer, kinder or more efficient! Everyone from the receptionist to the tech who (sorry I can't recall names) were wonderful! Very professional and did a great job!

The wait time for booking an appointment is long, which is a testament to their grear and consistent quality service. My dog was recently groomed elsewhere, Doggone-it is by far a greater overall grooming service and experience. My dog went in happier and came out happy and the grooming quality was much better than the competition too. The groomer made a point of greeted us and complimenting my pup.

My Chihuahua needed nail clipping desperately I called a few places on a Saturday noon all said see ya but not this fine establishment. They said come by so I brought my dog and told them Sadie was nervous so Desiree came out as I held my dog and clipped her nails right there in the reception area. Bravo I was in and out in about seven minutes. It’s fantastic and I highly recommend it I’ll go there for now on YAY. Regrettably their credit card machine does not allow tips ? so please bring cash they deserve it. ? Thanks S. Elba
