Go Play was also super helpful and supportive when we were going through behavioral issues with our dog. They’re so fantastic!“

“I took my rescue dog for her first ever grooming session, and I was anxious about how she'd respond. Doggboston's ethos prioritizes the dog's emotions—ensuring a positive experience is paramount. If a dog seems uneasy or frightened, they halt the grooming process, allowing the dog some breathing space. What sets them apart is their practice of giving dogs the freedom to roam in the shop, bypassing the use of cages. This approach resonates with me, as I don't crate my dog at home, and I believe confining her to a cage in a new environment might distress her. Tiger returned home content, fresh, and eagerly anticipating her next grooming appointment. I highly recommend.“

“Easy to find what I need.for my dog. She gets the regular large breed kibble from Purina, and the store stocks two sizes. I know where the bags are and what I want.I've tried ordering from Amazon for the convenient delivery, but my experience is that Amazon ships whatever they like. It's always been Purina, but some types that my dog is not used to and doesn't like.Petco is nearby, and I often stop on my way to or from the kennel in Watertown where she boards and gets daily playtime. Petco staff is great!“

“Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would.
