She is so wonderful! My rescue had a very bad experience at petco once and was terrified to have her groomed . But Andrea is so wonderful and the dogs absolutely love her . I will not have my dogs groomed by anyone else . And she always leaves them smelling so good! Thank you for your patience and kindness with my little babies ❤️

I've brought my husky, Akira, here for over a year now across several appointments, and the peace of mind alone is worth far more than what they charge.
I say that because I'd had a bad experience at a previous groomer — Akira came home with her belly shaved, and when I asked if there had been mats or another reason for it, I was told no. There were no mats (I brush her daily), and shaving a husky's coat isn't something to take lightly since it can affect their coat's ability to regulate temperature long-term. I really appreciate how easy their online booking system is, and there have even been times when they were able to accommodate us for a last minute appointment.
