I took my rescue dog for her first ever grooming session, and I was anxious about how she'd respond. Doggboston's ethos prioritizes the dog's emotions—ensuring a positive experience is paramount. If a dog seems uneasy or frightened, they halt the grooming process, allowing the dog some breathing space. What sets them apart is their practice of giving dogs the freedom to roam in the shop, bypassing the use of cages. This approach resonates with me, as I don't crate my dog at home, and I believe confining her to a cage in a new environment might distress her. Tiger returned home content, fresh, and eagerly anticipating her next grooming appointment. I highly recommend.
